Rima joins Sydney Zoo with extensive experience in the tourism and leisure industry, following an 18-year career working for The Sydney Aquarium Darling Harbour and Merlin Entertainment Group. Her most recent role was as Retail Buyer AU/NZ at Merlin where she supported 11 major tourist attractions including Sea Life Aquariums, Wildlife Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds.
Complimenting Rima’s demonstrated track record in retail, Rima has been a successful leader of multiple teams and brings an authentic passion for the development and growth of her team members.
