The Koala Schools Project

Science for Wildlife and Sydney Zoo have partnered to launch an exciting education program: The Koala Schools Project.

After a fire season no one will forget in 2019/20, this cross-curricular program will educate the next generation about bushfires, local wildlife and the iconic Koala species, while contributing to Geography and Science & Technology syllabus outcomes.

Students will engage in an incursion onsite at their school to start the program and the class will be able to attend the zoo for free during Threatened species week to complete the program. See more details here.
