Meet our newest addition – the first-ever hyena cub born in Sydney! Come watch the adorable cub as it explores and plays in its habitat.
Free FERRIS WHEEL RIDE
Hop on board the KIIS Ferris Wheel! The whole family will be entertained with FREE Ferris wheel rides. Limited to one free ride per person.
Free ICE-CREAM OR FROZEN COKE
Beat the heat with a cool treat!
Kids get their choice of either a FREE Frozen Coke, a FREE Paddle Pop or a FREE bottle of water. Limited to one free per child.
Free Animal SELFIE ZONE
Make unforgettable memories with FREE animal photo moments. Snap a photo on your phone with a koala, snake and our other scaly residents. Animals available for photo moments may vary.
The FREE animal selfie zone runs 9:30am – 12:30pm weekdays, and 9:30am – 3:00pm weekends.
KEEP COOL THIS SUMMER
Scattered throughout the zoo you’ll find misting tunnels and fans to help keep you cool while you enjoy all that Sydney Zoo has to offer. Warning, you may get wet!
CHILL OUT WITH THE ANIMALS
Keep an eye out for refreshing enrichment experiences in the animal habitats. Designed to help keep our animals cool, you may see some animals enjoying a splash in the pool or others enjoying frozen treats.
