Brett has extensive experience running food and beverage both internationally and domestically. Brett has over 21 years of experience managing large venues, bars, and stadia, specializing in high volume catering, casual dining, functions and events.
Brett joins us from Merivale, where he was Head of Operations and added to his extensive experience in all aspects of financial management, contract management, labour, cost of goods management, project management, supplier negotiations and IT Systems.
Brett brings a real passion for people, food and beverage to Sydney Zoo and the skills to develop world class catering facilities.
